Our manufacturing unit is in Ambernath, Thane, Maharashtra and it is founded by Mr. Satish S. Tanpure and Jayendra J. Randhe with cumulative experience of more then 25 years . The main purpose to set up this company is to serve the customers ultimate solutions for improving power quality in the industry to mitigate the risk and enhance the problems related to electrical and power networks.

Managing Director
Satish is most experts in Power Factor compensation system and harmonics and related area. He is completed Engineering in Electronics and telecommunication from Mumbai University. He started a company with Jayendra Randhe in July 2020 with a vision to be the Industry’s Power Pundit with technology to indemnify, monitor and improve the Power Quality of the electrical network by providing world class end to end solutions. He is having total 15 years of experience in the sales and marketing with product development in the Power factor compensation systems and Harmonic filters.
Jayendra J. Randhe
Managing Director
Jayendra Randhe is the most expert in the execution of all electrical services i.e. Electrical & Fire Safety Audit, Power Quality Analysis, Harmonics Analysis and all other electrical routine tests as in academic in Electrical engineering and Fire & Safety Engineering.
He started a company with Satish Tanpure to build a brand in the world who can provide world class solutions to improve power quality, safety, reliability and efficiency of the electrical network. During his past experience he executed above mentioned services for his employer.
